Contact Lists or Contact Groups
Contact Lists or Contact Groups is a feature of the plugin that uses the previous WooCommerce Orders to build a phone numbers lists.
These phone numbers lists can be used for bulk messaging campaigns (Bulk SMS / Bulk WhatsApp messages), for sharing important information to a segment of customers, for sharing next deals dates, for sharing special messages to some specific segments of customers, etc …
To get started, you will need to access the Contact Lists under the SMS Notifications menu :
To create a new Contact List, you will need to click on the New Contact List :
You will be redirected to a new page displaying some fields that are needed to be filled.
Contact List Title : Define a title that will identify easily this list,
Extraction Mode : How would you want to retrieve Phone Numbers for the Contact List ?
You have two options available to build the Contact List, who are :
By Order ID : Phone Numbers will be retrieved based on the order ID. If this option is selected, this field will be showed below :
Into this field, you need to provide order ID of the customers you want to add to the list. If you don't know how to find the order ID, take a look at this tutorial : https://njengah.com/get-order-id-in-woocommerce/
Dynamically : Phone Numbers will be retrieved based on some parameters. If this option is selected, these fields will be showed below :
Into these fields, based on some filters, you can query the previous WooCommerce orders to retrieve customer's phone numbers.
Once you fill these fields, click the Search Customers option displayed below to see the name and phone numbers of customers who match your query. After filling the page fields, publish for saving your Contact List.
