Bulk SMS, Bulk WhatsApp messages
In order to be able to send Bulk SMS, Bulk WhatsApp messages to the previous customers who bought on your store, you need first to configure a Contact List or Contact Groups.
Once configured, you need to head to the Send Quick submenu, once accessed you'll see on the page the following form displayed :
Into this form, you specify the message you would like to send and the list of customers who will receive the messages whether it's SMS, WhatsApp, or others.
Once all messages sent, you'll see a delivery status message showed. To get more information about the delivery status of the mobile marketing campaign, you can have a look at the logs.
